Here are some helpful answers to some of the most commonly ask questions.
Q: Does your service require an extra
phone line to be online and talk on the phone at the same time?
A: No, in fact our service does not require a phone line at
all. As long as you have electricity we can provide you with
internet, phone, and satellite TV all completely wireless to your
home.
Q: Do you offer service in my area?
A: Check the Coverage Area Page or call our office to arrange for a
FREE site survey.
Q: Is your wireless service affected by weather?
A: Rain does not cause any interference in our service
because we use frequencies similar to cell phones. Our equipment, like any electrical device, is known to occasionally
be damaged by lightning, but thankfully we provide lightning
insurance to our customers.
Q: What equipment is required at my home in order to get
TriDigital's Service?
A: After a site survey has determined that you have an
acceptable signal at your home, a trained technician will install an
outdoor antenna and run one cable indoors to either one computer or
a router.
Q: Can more than one computer access the internet at the
same time?
A: Yes, if you have a router then any number of computers
may access the internet simultaneously. However, you will
experience slower response times relative to the number of computers
connected.
